All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
Construction chemicals are sold in sealed packaging. Once an order leaves our warehouse we cannot verify storage conditions, tampering, or suitability for your specific application. For these reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance.
Before you order
- Confirm the correct product, pack size, and quantity for your job.
- Read the Sika technical data sheet or contact us if you are unsure.
- Double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
If your order arrives visibly damaged or clearly incorrect (wrong product or quantity), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate with our courier partner. This is not a general return policy it applies only to verifiable fulfilment errors or transit damage reported promptly.
