How to apply

Prepare the surface
Work on a clean, sound substrate free of dust, oil, curing compounds and loose particles. Keep the substrate temperature within +10°C min / +40°C max.

Mix the components
Combine at Single component — ready to use. Stir thoroughly before application. and mix to a smooth, lump-free, uniform consistency.

Apply
Apply evenly across the surface 0.5 kg/m² per coat (2–3 coats). Primer: 0.2 kg/m² per coat. Total thickness ~1.2 mm with Sika Fab-1 mesh..

Respect the working time
Use the mixed material within its pot life (Tack free ~25 minutes at +27°C. Overcoat after 24 hours.) and let it cure fully before the next coat or before putting the area into service.
