How to apply

Prepare the surface
Work on a clean, sound substrate free of dust, oil, curing compounds and loose particles. Keep the substrate temperature within +5°C min / +45°C max, min 3°C above dew point.

Mix the components
Combine at Ready to use. Tool firmly against the joint sides. and mix to a smooth, lump-free, uniform consistency.

Apply
Apply evenly across the surface 10 mm × 6 mm joint: 4.6 m per cartridge · 5 mm × 5 mm: 11 m · 15 mm × 8 mm: 2.3 m.

Respect the working time
Use the mixed material within its pot life (Skin time ~10 min · Tack free ~35 min · Cure ~4 mm / 24 hrs) and let it cure fully before the next coat or before putting the area into service.
