How to apply

Prepare the surface
Work on a clean, sound substrate free of dust, oil, curing compounds and loose particles. Keep the substrate temperature within +25°C min / +45°C max.

Mix the components
Combine at Component A : Component B = 2:1 by weight. Mix 3 minutes at max 300 rpm. and mix to a smooth, lump-free, uniform consistency.

Apply
Apply evenly across the surface ~1.9 kg/m² per mm of thickness. Maximum layer 30 mm. Non-sag up to 15 mm on vertical surfaces..

Respect the working time
Use the mixed material within its pot life (~120 min at +25°C · ~70 min at +35°C · ~45 min at +45°C) and let it cure fully before the next coat or before putting the area into service.
