How to apply

    Prepare the surface

    Work on a clean, sound substrate free of dust, oil, curing compounds and loose particles. Keep the substrate temperature within +15°C min / +40°C max.

    Mix the components

    Combine at Component A : B = 10:1 by volume, via static mixer. Discard the first two pumps. and mix to a smooth, lump-free, uniform consistency.

    Apply

    Apply evenly across the surface Depends on hole diameter and depth. Maximum layer ~5 mm..

  4. 4

    Respect the working time

    Use the mixed material within its pot life (Open time 3.5 min at +40°C · 15 min at +15°C. Cure 40 min to 5 hours depending on temperature.) and let it cure fully before the next coat or before putting the area into service.
